How rare is Crocodile?
At the listed 1 in 75K chance, this is how many hatches give you a 50, 90 or 95 percent chance of at least one Crocodile:
| Chance of at least one | Hatches |
|---|---|
| 50% | 52K |
| 90% | 173K |
| 95% | 225K |
Eggs in Ride A Pet carry their own Luck value, and weather and boosts change it too. No source we read explains exactly how Luck combines with the listed odds, so treat these numbers as the baseline.
Which egg hatches Crocodile?
No egg is called the Crocodile Egg. Crocodile hatches from ordinary map eggs once your total Hatch Luck reaches its 1 in 75K figure, according to the luck model two guides describe. These eggs need the least ranch luck for it:
Diamond Egg (90K luck): reachable with no ranch upgrades
Golden Egg (30K luck): ranch luck ×3
Glass Egg (10K luck): ranch luck ×8
Ice Egg (3K luck): ranch luck ×25
Slime Egg (1K luck): ranch luck ×75
It is also in the Robux Dragon Egg at a fixed 50% per roll.
Reaching the threshold makes the pet possible, not likely: no source says how often it hatches after that. Work out your own egg in the hatch luck calculator.
Can Crocodile go into the Fuse Machine?
No. The machine only accepts Legendary pets or rarer, and Crocodile is Epic. The rarest pets you can hatch are listed on the pet index.
Compared with the pets around it
- Spider is the next easier hatch (1 in 25K), earning $160/s against Crocodile’s $170/s.
- Gorilla is the next harder hatch (1 in 150K), earning $200/s with 4.48K base speed against 3.94K.
